Our Fabrication Process
Fabrication is where your slab takes its final shape. Our CNC technology and skilled team turn raw stone into a precise, ready-to-install countertop, step by step.
-
Layout
Cut lines are carefully marked on the slab using your exact templated measurements. This step sets the foundation for every cut that follows, helping the final piece fit your space without costly mistakes. -
CNC Cutting
Our Breton NC300K19 EVO CNC machine handles precise cuts and cutouts across the slab with consistent accuracy. Machine-guided cutting reduces the errors common in manual hand fabrication, giving a more reliable finished result. -
Edge Finishing
Edges are carefully shaped and polished according to your chosen style. This finishing step gives the countertop a smooth, professional appearance that holds up well to everyday use. -
Wet Polishing
The surface goes through a wet polishing process to bring out the natural shine, color, and texture of the stone, quartz, or porcelain material. -
Quality Check
Each finished slab is inspected for fit, finish, and overall accuracy before it leaves our facility and heads off for installation.

FAQs
Fabrication is the process of cutting, shaping, and polishing a raw stone or quartz slab into a finished countertop. It happens after templating and before installation begins. This step turns raw material into a piece that’s ready to fit your space.
We use a Breton NC300K19 EVO CNC machine at our Pensacola facility for every project. This allows for precise cuts and cutouts with far fewer errors than hand fabrication. The result is a more consistent, accurate finish across every slab.
Fabrication timelines vary based on material type and project complexity. Most slabs are ready within one to two weeks after templating is complete. Larger or more detailed projects may take slightly longer to finish properly.
Yes. We fabricate all three materials at our Pensacola facility using the same precision equipment and process. We serve customers across Pensacola, Pace, and Fort Walton Beach with consistent quality on every job.
Generally, yes. CNC-performed cuts reduce the human error that can happen with manual cutting and shaping. This leads to a more consistent, precise finish, especially on detailed cutouts and edges.
