There are not enough words to describe my incredible experience at Superior Granite!! From my initial inquiring phone call, to seeing my new counters installed, the customer service was incredible! After a bad experience with a local granite business I posted to my facebook friends to please refer a reputable granite dealer, within minutes I received at least ten referrals to Superior Granite!! Everyone said, “You’ve got to go to Superior!” From looking at samples with India, to digitally mapping my kitchen with Mike (who also ultimately guided me in which granite would look best), to final selection day with Wally (who also sent me pictures during the counter cutting process), I was treated with the best customer service I have had in ages!!! So if you ask me….. You’ve got to go to Superior!!!! Thank you Superior Granite for making the upgrade seamless, affordable, and unexpectedly… FUN!!!!!

My experience has been exactly the same as Shanda’s. Went with another company, did our own rip out to get everything prepared in the kitchen and every piece of their granite arrived cracked or broke and they did nothing to compensate or rush the replacement. So here we sit with no countertops in bathroom or kitchen nor sinks. Try washing dishes in bathtub…not fun. Wally and Marsha have been awesome and Wally called us today and has a spare kitchen sink from a demo job that we get to pick up and install just to get us by while they fabricate our new countertops. Thank you so much and I will definitely recommend you to anybody and everybody that I possibly can!!

These people run a first-class operation: great inventory, knowledgeable and friendly staff, and fabulous installation. We love our new kitchen countertops; so beautiful!
